We have received notification from the IRS that they will be sending us a very limited number of Federal Tax forms for 2014, due to significant cuts to the IRS appropriations in the 2015 Omnibus Appropriations bill. We will only be receiving forms 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ. Instruction books will NOT be available, but you can view and print tax forms and instructions at irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs. You can also request individual copies of these forms and instructions be mailed directly to your home by visiting irs.gov/uac/Forms-and-Publications-by-U.S.-Mail. There is also a link to the forms on our website, ovmlibrary.org.
