We have returned from Blenheim and I write my report with my head held in shame. It started well warmed up nicely when I could keep out of the mud. Had a fan club of people admiring the beautiful jumping welsh cob. She entered the ring on her own. Then it all went wrong. WE WERE ELIMINATED. What I hear you cry! Yes Blooming eliminated on the 5th fence.Now the question is A) is her back out again B)does she not like slippery ground C) have I overfaced her doing novice D) is she a knob E) is the jockey a knob To sum up my misery when Andy tried to cheer me up with a new SJ hat I told him there was no point as we are complete failures. Off to drown my sorrows now
