We have to say a big THANK YOU to the instructors and students in Fox Valley Technical Colleges culinary arts program for the fantastic menu and food they created for our Celebration of Giving this week! We asked them to come up with creative, good-tasting food that kept The Weight of the Fox Valley effort in mind, and boy did they exceed our expectations! Turkey quinoa meatballs, mushroom stuffed crepes with caramelized onion jam, edamame hummus, and blueberry pistachio chia pudding, to name a few. If you were there, what was your favorite?
