We live in a media obsessed society that preaches Skinny is Pretty when in reality over 50% of the female population is a size 14 and/or above...Agencies now consider women size 6-14 plus size for runway and catalog jobs...we must embrace our curves, we must value ourselves and accept our beauty. Not everyone is meant to be a size 2. Know your self, love your self, be healthy. We must lead by example so that our girls will too love themselves .....The CDC states that up to 24 million people of all ages and genders suffer from an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder) in the U.S. • Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness. We must not allow the younger generations to become these statistics...share with your loved ones
