We live in an ocean of light and there is much sustenance, wisdom and power imparted when you intend to take in and anchor light. Learn about your chakra system. Imaging a beam of pure white light coming in from the sun through your crown chakra, down your spine and out your root chakra and down into the center earth crystalline grid. As the light passes through you and anchors into the earth, codes of wisdom will be activated and you will increase in self awareness and knowing. Do this daily and intend on clearing your emotional body. You will in time perceive communication and guidance from creator god and higher expressions of self. Questions?
