We live on Stockbridge Common and after 2 years of dealing with the absolutely poor service and very inconsistent Internet with FairPoint we are ready to drop them. After a 2.5 hour service call on Thursday that started at 4:30 PM and ended with wires wires strewn all over my kitchen, today we are dealing with on/off service--and it is Saturday when usage is low. Does anyone have DISH Internet that can comment on its reliability? Im not looking for fast, just regularly available Interne to get email, get questions answered, and order things online. We dont stream video or music.
