We, my brother Mike and sister Fran and families are watching as my dad lives with Dimentia. Mom cares for him and I live very close and usually spend some time daily with them. Dad is 88 and mom soon to be 83. They still look exactly as they did when going to Weller Ave. Still thin and always dressed to perfection. Frank died in 2000 with Krohns Disease after a 20 year battle and too many surgeries too count. His last two years he lived in New Orleans in a hospital. Mom and Dad stayed with him night and day and we would relieve them when they needed to rest or go home to take care of business. Mike just retired from Music Ministry; lives in Mississippi. He has written many songs that have been picked up by Christian artists and until his retirement was still making recordings with his group. He is married to the former Gina Rowe and they have two beautiful girls and one amazing grandaughter. Fran is married, still working with a group of lawyers in Dallas. Her husband, David is head of security at one of the huge buildings in Dallas. She has two sons and four amazing grandsons. I live in Watson, La with my husband of 22 years, Jim Stanley. Together we have three children and 8 grandchildren. Jim and I both were in ministry since 16 and still serve part time in our church. Presently Jim is still working for Generations Hospice and I retired from the same place 2 years ago. Enjoying retirement very much and as always Gods timing is perfect to be more help for mom and dad. We all still sing and all are still very close as a family.
