We now have the delight of having Amy Brownridge join our team as a Trainer and Coach. Amy’s enthusiasm has lead her to develop an excellent level of knowledge and strength as a trainer over the years. She has successfully entered both powerlifting and physique competitions, qualified as a boxing coach and indoor spin instructor. And as a way to celebrate we are putting an offer on throughout December for all of our existing clients and new clients. In the lead up to christmas we are allowing all clients to bring a friend for FREE. Could getting into exercise for the new year be any easier?
