We now know how the American people feel about WSJ geo-political schemes. Sound rejection. WSJ will argue the president shouldn’t have went to congress to seek authorization on the belief that he can no longer act decisively on important national security issues. In other words, WSJ is arguing its better to keep the people out of the decision making process so the paper can instead dictate what the American people should be thinking without their input and dismiss public criticism as uniformed, defeatist, and isolationist requiring a monarch approach to conducting foreign policy. WSJ is clearly losing credibility with the larger public and now the paper has is resorting to elitist rhetoric to justify its failure at convincing this country we need to do their narrow special interest dictates that have proven to be counter productive to their cause.
