POLITICO reported that I’m representing half of the “most conservative” city in the country – so extremists are flexing their fundraising muscles to send another Tea Partier to the U.S. House. But I know that’s not the district – or the country – you and I envision. We envision a higher minimum wage, services for our veterans, and health care for our seniors. The GOP held a mega-fundraiser in D.C. last week to raise over $500,000 for their top 10 candidates – and my opponent, Wendy Rogers, made that list. This is one of the few actual swing districts in the entire country. We can’t let big outside money cost us our vision of a better Arizona and a better country.
