We present to you, Mazin Malik. He is an aspiring artist breaking into the Indo-Pak music scene. Although he has spent the majority of his life in Chicago, his cultural roots have always served as strong foundations for who he is today. Mazin has pushed hard to compose meaningful music that can have an impact on the psyche of those listening to it. Whether it be to help a cause or to simply discuss human nature, he hope to re-open a dialogue that has been on hiatus from mainstream Indo-Pak music for the last few years. We hope that this is not a video that you simply watch for entertainment, for it is a call for help. Help for those who are still struggling to make ends meet. Help for those who have loved and lost an integral part of their life. Help for those who continue to suffer in silence due to our negligence and lack of social responsibility. Lastly, it is a call for help because the future of this world depends on the coming generation. A generation that has only seen war, famine and apathy from the rest of the world. Regardless of how you may feel, even 1 Dollar/Rupee can change whether a child is going to have a hot meal tonight.
