We really need to do something about politicians and especially the president when they are shown to have stated bald-faced lies to the American population. I for one am sick and tired of it. Is it that there are not enough Senators or Representatives on either side of the aisle who are willing to lay aside their petty bickering and their show boating for votes to pass some meaningful laws that would actually benefit the American population. And yes, I know damn well that I am saying American. The United States has been called America for over 200 years. Why should we set that aside just so we wont be called political incorrect. There have been so many instances of corruption, lying, self serving and show boating in our Congress in the past two decades or so that if I was not so proud to be an American that I might actually be ashamed. But I am proud to be called an American. I love this country and am literally sick seeing the greatest nation this world has ever known being laughed at and disdained because the representatives we choose can go to Washington and make themselves rich from our hard work. Representatives who wont stand together to keep soft hearted people from destroying what this country is. Why should America be the one country where people can break the law to get in and then be granted citizenship because they broke the law. Many people who are for it say we need the workers and it is good for this country. Bull crap. If it is so good then get enough backing and pass laws that will allow a greater number to come in Legally. Most conservatives really dont fight this because of the number allowed in. They hate this because it shows those coming in illegally that this country cant even agree on whether or not to enforce our own laws. Come on people. I beg you. We have to force our representatives in Washington to do what they are sent to do. That is Represent the people.
