We received negative feedback from someone who came for a massage. She called for directions. We told her "Central" Avenue, which is the correct cross street. The negative feedback indicated that we should have told her that there were TWO Central Avenues. That is, indeed, in correct. There is a Central Avenue, and an OLD Central Avenue (that is what is written on the street sign put up by the city.) Since we are literally between the two streets, either way she would have turned exactly on Moore Lake Drive East. The client was late because of this and upset that the full hour could not be performed, as the massage therapist had a client immediately afterward. This person received a massage for half price via a coupon in our office. I feel that it is important for someone to always hear BOTH sides of the story. Thanks for letting us tell ours.
