We seem to be on a mission to use all modes of transport and today was the bike! 20 km through the rice fields and villages. We stopped at a house and had their fresh passion fruit juice from their garden and met a man of 91 who was a Vietnam war soldier who was captured By the Americans for 10 years. Him and his wife have been married for 70 years and they look after their fantastic veg garden every day. They were well up for being photographed! Back to the tailors later then out for cookery class and dinner later
