It is his religious beliefs that interfere with him owning a company that is required by law to comply with the ACA law. His religious beliefs do not require him to own a company, if he chooses to do that then he is required to provide healthcare. He is right when he says he shouldnt have to abandon his religious belief to comply with this law, but he should have to abandon his company if he chooses not to comply with this law.
