We stand with Environmental Working Group in urging President Obama to fulfill his commitment to the labeling of genetically engineered food at this year’s State of the Union address on January 20, 2015. Do you? National polls show that 93 percent of Americans support GE labeling, and with an estimated 80 percent of processed foods containing GE ingredients, it’s time to add the U.S. to the list of 64 other nations that have given their citizens the right to know what is in their food. President Obama, please keep your pledge and support GE labeling because, as you said in 2007, “Americans should know what they’re buying.”
