We start December with some great news. Paul Pacult, named ‘America’s foremost spirits authority’ by Forbes, has heralded Dark Origins the best spirit he has tasted all year. Pacult said “how is it that one malt distillery can continue producing whiskies of such impeccable bearing that simultaneously challenge traditions while enhancing them? Only the wizards at Highland Park know for certain.” We’re very honoured by these words and raise a glass of thanks to Paul – a rewarding end to a fantastic year.
