We started clean eating last spring, swapped to low carb in the summer, and have been on paleo since last fall. With these meals for dinner, leftovers for lunch, a healthy breakfast and snacksand 3-4 hours of cardio a week my husband reduced or got off of all his prescriptioms and lost more than 75 lbs in 2013!
