Losing Weight the Healthy Weigh Over eight weeks, we will alternate between a nutrition session and an exercise session to help you reach your optimum level of health. Confidential weigh-ins will occur at each session. Day: Monday Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dates: 1/26-3/16 (8 wks) Fee: $150.00 Instructors: Colleen Wall, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Skip Danzy, Certified Personal Trainer Lose Weight the Healthy Weigh Youve made your New Years resolution to lose weight, well help you achieve your goal in 2015! Over eight weeks you will lose weight, and have fun doing it, with group support. We will discuss portion control, recipe modification, label reading, low fat cooking techniques, healthy snacking, restaurant dining and more.
