We talked about this at tonights class. Its pretty amazing that you can make changes to your brains health in just two months. Im not sure what the Daniel plan is, but it seems that healthy eating, exercise and working in small supportive groups are a part of it. Whats interesting is the bio-markers he uses are ones that improve on CrossFit. Im feeling motivated about the Body Composition Challenge.
