We the People have good reason to pull the trigger !!! Our “day” is here. We the People are the United States and it is very easy for us all to see the arrogant (OVERT) seditious conspiracy that has been taking place against us. Anyone with a brain, ears and eyes knows that Obama is conspiring with foreign enemies and traitors (domestic enemies) in our government—overthrowing and destroying by force the Government of the United States—OVERTLY levying war against the United States—OVERTLY preventing the execution of the laws of the United States—and OVERTLY possessing property of the United States contrary to the laws thereof. Our worst enemies are in fact in the highest offices of our nation—rapidly degrading our national defenses. 18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. Obama stare This man is the visible head of our worst enemies. He is not “a good, but incompetent man” as his supporters and defenders are now claiming. The words “Make my day” are on the trigger and the “day” has come: They are overthrowing and destroying our government, in fact are levying war against the United States. What do the words “levy war against them” mean? These four words become fact when two or more persons start to overtly assemble an army against the United States, and this has been going on for a long time—assembling and arming foreign and domestic enemies to by force destroy the government of the United States. Americans are being murdered by Obama and his co-conspirators in and outside of the United States. Obama and his co-conspirators have even claimed unlawful “authority,” (i.e., “authority” applied by force, opposed to and preventing the execution of the laws of the United States), to murder or imprison Americans indefinitely without charge or a trial. Obama’s “laws,” “executive orders” and “appointments” are all arbitrary—supplanting the United States Constitution with what is obviously an arrogant seditious conspiracy. NOTE: Obama’s “laws,” “executive orders” and “appointments” that are overtly assembling an army against the United States, are not only levying war on the United States, but by preventing the execution of the laws of the United States are protecting him and his co-conspirators from accountability. Obama and his conspirators have made it clear they do not respect the laws for elections: Their fraud is rampant in “elections,” including willfully depriving us of our “call for objections” provided in the 12th and 20 Amendments of our Constitution and 3 U.S.C. 15. And they entirely (OVERTLY) disregard all of our peaceful protests—depriving us of lawful representation in our Congress, in our White House and in our courts. Our Natural God Given Rights to a defense supported by our 2nd Amendment is at this time our only defense. Our enemies know that the 2nd Amendment is now our only tenable legal recourse, but even this constitutional safeguard they are with force unlawfully opposing. The freedom of speech, other rights, including our rights to be lawfully represented in our government are the Supreme Law of the Land, and any opposition to our rights are to be met with consequences which can ultimately be enforced by the 2nd Amendment Militia.
