We truly understand, that you, being the head of the school, have the responsibilty to deliver your students from peril, but on my understanding, it is also your duty to protect them from failure of expectations and disappointments. Your concern does not end on physical safety of every single student, but it extends to the concern of protecting their feelings and emotions. You should be careful in every decision you make, for it may break the young heart of your student. With your guidance, allow them to explore and experience things that could help them grow as an individual. How can we entrust our growing children to you, when In fact, you are the one preventing them to grow? Take the responsibilities and accountabilities as you take your title - Madame Principal. I may not be in the position to remind you, but if you dont understand what I am trying to say, then you should not be also in your position. With all due respect to all teachers and principals, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for all the learnings and guidance. But as of now, our hearts are truly broken as we watch our child crying...
