We woke up this morning and I could swear that I thought Jonah seemed a little better but as the day went on I realized that it was wishful thinking. Today we found out that his MRI actually showed an abscess, fluid and infection not just in the muscles in his hip but on the bone. They cant go in to get it out now bc its in a hard to reach place to get from just a needle and they could never take him to surgery the way his lungs and chest look. he just got back from a two hour ultrasound on all of his limbs to rule out a blot clot that would be blocking his blood flow. Tomorrow they will send out labs to rule out an immune disorder bc they are trying to find an explanation of why the infection is so aggressive in his lungs, something they really never see. On a brighter note, the live that my family is receiving from people who are close to us, not close to us and dont even know us just takes my breath away. We have been privy to extreme acts of kindness, I look forward to paying it forward.
