We wont take this anymore. Nancy Larson, Bellevue School District facilities supervisor, will no longer be able intimidate and illegally retaliate against workers, peers, etc. This retire rehire will finally be asked to leave or she can will be fired. Getting denied justice at every level in our Washington/Federal/Appellate courts is comical after I offered mediation/ADR this whole time. Three (3) Right to Sue letters from the EEOC and no real outside investigation from Dept. of Education, Dept. of Labor, EEOC, or any other state/federal agency. All of my witnesses were threatened with disciplinary action and termination if they helped tell the truth in any way. All of our government agencies were actually were all OK with the former Asst. Supt. Larry Sera posing as a fake OUTSIDE investigator who was paid over $120,000 from 2009-2014 with an illegal $100 - $125 an hour (25% raise). They also allowed the perjury by Nancy Larson and Ricardo Cruz and all the false and misleading reports to the EEOC. This cover up has shown how hard these folks will work to keep the public records from the taxpayers after 4+ years. Can the DOJ really hold them accountable or is the jury trial the only thing that gets the attention of people who refuse to take a lie detector test? The Washington Coalition for Open Government is well aware of this debacle and the intentional delays, denials, and destruction of public records by a public corporation we trust to act as role models for our children.
