We work hard to keep this page positive. Whenever someone shares something like a website or book that may help even one person here, The admin will share it. This does not mean that we feel that particular modality is the answer for everyone. Who knows where the target parent will find an answer or find comfort? We are all in this together. We all have our demons when dealing with a truly disordered, dysfunctional ex in the coparenting ring. Many of us suffer from anxiety and depression and need therapy and possibly medication until we can find our footing in the exs web. Our hope is we can support each other under circumstances where no answers exist...
