We would like to announce that Qatar Airport is requesting to hire: Customer Services Agent Age limit 20 - 30 Years Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as applicants with work experience in the field of customer service, hotel and travel industry. Airport experience is an advantage but not necessary. Applicants must have warm, cheerful and expressive personality, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patience with different passengers coming from different walks of life. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer services in an airline/travel industry or other work area with a hospitality focus. Good knowledge and working experience on DCS, AMADEUS systems is an advantage. A pleasing personality and willingness to work in shifts is essential. Applicants must possess excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications. Senior Customer Services Agent Age limit 20 – 35. High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education). Minimum 2 years of job-related experience required 01 year experience in frontline passenger handling. Excellent written/spoken English skills. In this role ,you will be responsible to handle designated areas such as (but not limited to) check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, offices, ramp, arrivals and special handling unit by monitoring the flights and dissemination of information ensuring provision of services as per the laid down service standards. Additionally you will be responsible to monitor to motivate your colleagues by briefing them. You have to use trouble-shooting techniques in the areas of jurisdiction by identifying the problem, seeking alternatives, then deciding on the correct option, minimize/eliminate flight delays, passenger inconvenience and maintaining the safety/safety requirements. You will be responsible to liaise with Airport security and Immigration in-order to speed-up all customer care passengers handling process. You can work all the procedures and rules learnt through the training, briefing and operational circulars. Proficient in Passenger Handling Procedures and should have an ability to delegate work, set clear direction and mange work flow. A strongly motivated individual who is focused and detail oriented. You need to be able to have strong mentoring coaching skills, an ability to develop and train subordinate skills and should foster team work among team members. Duty Supervisor Customer Services Age limit 20 -35 High School graduate, Bachelors degree is desirable, 3 years of work experience, out of which 2 years in supervisory role in leading a team, with airline/airport background and or has working knowledge with Ground Handling Company. Exposure to multi-cultural environment, good personnel development skills including team building, hands on approach to the daily operation and good communication skills in spoken/written English with proficiency in advanced computer applications are essential requirements of the job. Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage. Good understanding of airport functions in terms of passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and D.G.R. Training such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations and DGR are desirable. You will play a vital role to ensure that all Qatar Airways passengers have a safe travel to their final destination. Ground Services Airport department is growing in leaps and bounds, and requires fast-paced people to keep up with the growth.
