We would like to help you find lost relatives, however we would prefer you to keep personal details to private messaging, sadly in the case of an adoptee, unless they are also searching; privacy laws make them all but impossible to find, although we will always give it a try, we advise that you at low cost put yourself on the Uk adoption register & join genesreunited, adding the adopted person to your tree via the connecting relative/parent, this way at least you are out there to be found should they come searching. If someone/a relative is found on genes & message is sent to them on your behalf, please be patient, sadly a lot of the time people do not update their email addresses, thus notification of said message goes unseen, or of coarse you could join genes & send a message yourself, that said you would have to subscribe to send message, I think the lowest sub is around £11-.
