We would like to take a second to thank Nancy Petersen for all of her tireless efforts - not only on this page, but in the global endometriosis community. Many of you who are new may not know that Nancy is the driving force behind many of the positive developments in this disease and the advances in awareness that we have seen over the past 3 decades. She has worked tirelessly, silently, usually thanklessly, not always without detractors who prefer to stay mired in myths, and almost always in spite of her own pain behind the scenes and out front for longer than most people know. We are honored to call her mentor, advisor and FRIEND. She has changed literally thousands of lives and deserves our thanks. Much of what you see here on our wall is also the result of Nancys endless contributions and constant updating of our resources. Big shout-out to the Godmother of Endo with gratitude from us all. -ERC
