Web/Application Developer Job Responsibilities • Creation of website layout and styling templates • Develop client-side scripts to improve web application. • Develop database queries to generate data-driven content and reports. • Research and recommend usage of latest web technologies and best practises. • Provide solutions based on multiple layers of technology including: JavaScript, Web Services (C#), REST, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, HTTP, IIS, SQL and others. • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager. Job Responsibilities • Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / laptops / servers / equipment in the customers organization. • Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems. • Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows 2003 / 2008 servers, Exchange 2003 / 2007 servers, etc. • Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed. • Provide education and training of software to end-users. • Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager. • Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures. • Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes. • Perform overtime as and when it requires and having 24x7 Stand-by. • Ability to manage the team. • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor Operation Administrator Job Responsibilities • Filling and documentation. • Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned from time to time. • Preparation of Sales / Procurement documentations which include Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices and Delivery Orders. • Monitor and co-ordinate the whole Sales / Procurement process from quotation to delivery to customer. • Co-ordinate and liaise with Supplier(s)/ Vendor(s)/ Customer(s) on proposals, meetings and promotional events. • Monitor and follow-up on simple Accounts Receivable/Payable. • Handling Phone enquiries and cold calling. • General Office admin management. • Maintain inventory report. • Provide general support to Operation Manager.
