Wednesday June 12, 2013 started with jumping jacks, then T push ups, sit ups, burpees, inch worms, and calf stretches, then we started with bench press, for class it was 3x5 at 65%,75%,85% of 1 rep max, for me I got my 1 rep max of 115 lbs. Then onto my date with "Angie" which is 100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, and 100 air squats for a 30 min time cap. I did 100 ring rows, 35 knee push ups, 65 bar push ups, 100 crunches, and 100 squats to a 16" box for a time of 25 minutes. This was a killer wod, but I plowed through it, and now its time for a rest. Want to thank coaches Peter Brasovan, and Kevin Murray for a great class, and to all the 7 p.m. guys thanks for all the support, you really are an inspiration
