Week on the mat in review...HOLY Handstands batman. This week was epic!! If you missed it...we explored Blessings this week in class. We held chair pose for longer than we all thought possible, we sweated buckets, we danced a jig or two in celebration of St.. Pattys day and several of you hovered in your first unassisted handstand!!!! My heart is overflowing with pride and love for you all. To be a part of your journeys day after day is a blessing. Looking forward to seeing what you all will accomplish this week...skys the limit!! Namaste 🙏
