Weekend fight outside of a Kenosha tavern left one man injured and four in legal trouble. Jared A. Perez, 22, of Kenosha; Damian C. Spencer, 24, of Kenosha; Michael G. Keen, 25, of Trevor; and Shawn M. Lievense, 34, of Kenosha, are charged with substantial battery after Kenosha Police say they assaulted a 21-year-old man at the bar, 5301 22nd Ave., Saturday night. Spencer is also charged with obstructing an officer. The battery charge comes with the possibility of up to 1½ years in prison. Officers went to the bar about 2:15 a.m. Saturday, after people reported an unconscious and battered man lying on the ground near the sidewalk.
