Weekend is all about having fun! Friday: visited Oxford Street with an old friend David Mathews who I first met three years ago in Vietnam and now reunited with him in London! As I often said, life is full of surprises and you never know .... By the way, Oxford is gorgeous with all the Christmas lightings decorated along the street at night! Saturday: visited University of Oxford for a day trip with my new friend Ben Hoskins. Dream has finally come true. I was in love with Oxford for a long time since I read the novel Oxford thuong yeu written by Duong Thuy. And here I am....I did it!! Sunday: cooked banh loc and che bot loc - Hue speciality for my friends. It took me nearly three hours to finish all the cooking but we had a great time. Friends coming from different countries sat down together talking, chatting, cooking and eating Vietnamese food. Isnt it amazing? So proud of you guys and I am so blessed to have all of you around me here in London!
