Weekly Challenge #222 Be Kind To Someone You Don’t Like – Challenge yourself this week to be polite to someone that you may not like as much. Try to treat them as you would someone you care for and perhaps you might learn to understand them – and even like them! Think of this as push-ups for your soul: You might not like it right now, but you’ll probably be thanking yourself later when you see the results. & Diagonal Climbers – Your obliques and abs will thank you for this exercise. Start in your basic plank on hands and toes with a level spine throughout. Similar to your mountain climbers that jog your knees alternatingly up towards your chest, this variation lets you focus better on each side of your core. Instead of jogging both feet back to a straight plank, try jogging your feet out to the left diagonal for a set, and then alternate to the right diagonal for another set.
