Welcome, 2015! A little about my life, as much changed in 2014... After 10 adventuresome, exciting, heartbreaking and educational years, I have dissolved Concierge & Event Services Worldwide, Inc. I am very content with this, as I know my talent & experience moves me forward! Today, I am proud and happy to say I am working for a wonderful company called Bags Inc. Headquartered in Orlando Florida, they asked me to join them in thier first endeavor in Chicago, The Shops at North Bridge. I am creating a concierge program at this location that will be duplicated around the country! Along with their remote airline check-in capability (Bags is the luggage mover for all of the Disney properties in Florida and so much more!), we will be bringing amazing programs to the visitors of Chicago and beyond! I am honored to remain with the National Concierge Association. Looking forward to January elections to see if I will be voted by the membership to remain their President, a position I have held dear since 2006!! I am also preparing to launch Inspired Concierge as a place for my creative side; including mentoring, short term concierge desk assignments, project development and concierge level customer service training. Working on the logo, email and website now! I will keep my CESWW email active, so no worries on reaching me! Personally, my home of 18 years is on the market, as my beautiful daughters are grown and my big nest is no longer needed, I am imagining where to live next... For the first time, all by myself! I am so excited to be where I am, with new adventures on the horizon!
