THE BAD: They reckon a third of us in the region will be going to work today with sunburnt foreheads and arms after not protecting ourselves over the weekend. THE UGLY: The Running Of The Bull festival begins today in Spain. This is where they will release a live bull into the streets for people to run away from. This could get messy!
