Welcome to everyone. I am so happy to see there are so many people who like me love civilian events! Hurrah! I cant wait to get to know each of you better and what your talents are! I am organizing a Civil War Era Domestic and Trades Skills Conference (2016) to be held at The Daniel Boone Home and Boonesfield Village outside of St. Louis. You will be able to live in the restored buildings and also camp. It is just in the beginning planning stages. I would love those of you (male and female) with a particular expertise and teaching-skill level to let me know who you are and if you are interested in being a presenter. Please PM me this info if you would. All classes of peoples skills will be presented...not just farming class or merchant class or upper class. Servant and slave classes will also be represented.
