Welcome to the Urban Psalmist Movement/ #UPMovement social page. We created this page for the sole purpose of bringing together Christians from diverse backgrounds with a passion for rap, poetry and music. The ultimate goal is to exalt the name of Jesus Christ and bring glory to God. We also want share our gifts and reach this generation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in ways they can relate to and enjoy. In doing this we also testify about the freedom we have to express ourselves in and through our God-given talents. So if youre a rapper, poet or musician, just leave us a message so we can get to share and celebrate the gift of God because we all have a spiritual gift one for the other, whether it be a word of wisdom, knowledge, teaching, or encouragement (1Cor 14:26).
