Well, I am feeling a bit soppy and nostalgic today. This song reminds of a wonderful 18 months that coincided with this mans tour. It started around the time the album came out in the Autumn of 2011 when Lisa and I took a trip to the West Coast of the USA and LA specifically where we happened to see some of the locations for this albums art work. into the next year where my brother got married and the family was all together again. This was followed by a couple of trips to this guy live, firstly to Edinburgh for a gig at the Castle. Unbeknownst to us Lisa had fallen pregnant between the wedding and this trip. The second trip would be to Jersey, where I had spent many of childhood holidays and got to show Lisa some of those places as well as taking in the music festivals there. Then we headed over to Paris in November and Disneyland, though Lisa couldnt go on the rides it really didnt matter as we were there to take in the Christmas season. And then into 2013, well what can you say about March 2013, my beautiful wife gave birth to our wonderful little bundle of joy, who I love more than I could possibly have imagined. And to celebrate Sams birth it was topped of with a trip for me to the Royal Albert Hall to see the final gig of this mans mammoth world tour.
