Well I am going to be boycotting the McDonalds on main st in East Toledo. I went through the drive through and was asked to pull up while they finished my order...this happens every time I am there. So I pull forward and am waiting for a while like maybe 5 minutes. Then a very nice lady brought out my food and apologized for the inconvenience. I went to check my bag and was utterly shocked and horrified. There was a huge ball of hair in my fries...weave to be exact. I went in to discuss this with the manager and the employee at the counter took my bag over to her and showed it too her and stated that I wanted my food remade. She (the manager) asked why it had to be remade...I yelled over to her because I dont want any food that the hair has touched. She rolled her eyes at me and had the counter clerk remake my order. The were three employes the manger included not wearing hair nets. One of these employees had a very long pony tail. The same employee also had very long fake nails and wasnt wearing gloves. While in the restaurant ( If that is even what you want to call it) I witnessed an employee pick up fries off of the dirty floor and put them in the trash then go back to bagging french fries without gloves on. Then to top it off when I got home I called corporate to complain and received nothing but attitude. And even better my sandwich was still made incorrectly. I also went there a few weeks ago for a strawberry smoothie...someone forgot to rinse the blender out so instead of a banana strawberry smoothie, I received a banana strawberry and coffee ground smoothie. YUMMY and as usual no apologies.
