Well I am slowly getting used to a very different way of life for me. I set off for West Wickham this morning wearing a coat, long scarf and gloves- plus other clothes of course. Having the heater on in the car made driving quite comfortable as the outside temperature was 3 degrees. Grey,misty and cold - where is Durban sun when you need it? My scarf and gloves have silver threads running through them, so that adds a bit of sparkle to the day, as does the paddock I pass nearly every day. The horses are out grazing wearing their winter blankets and amongst the big ones is the cutest little Shetland Pony in her little blanket. Lovely to see. Winter is here. :)
