Well I can honestly say I knew I was feeling bad and knew I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I did not know how bad it actually was until now. I am so happy that I started my journey with Advocare and know this is only the beginning. I still have a long way to go but am happy with after my 24 days I have gone down 17 lbs and lost a total of 10 inches! Cant wait to see how much things will change within the next 90 days. I am so glad I am no longer on medication and feeling so much happier and better about myself!
