Well, I guess its official, yall... I reckon Im what youd call a certified bonafide genuine sho nuff cantaloupe grower... All I did was till up the ground, broadcast (apply by slingin it a handful at a time) alittle fertilizer (about a coffee can full of triple-13), plant a few seeds while being careful to barely cover em (only app.1/2 inch) and then I sat back and watched God work His magic by takin a few dried-out seeds and turn em into these deliciously delectable masterpieces of fruit... How do I know there is a God?... Simple... Without Him, the Sun wouldnt shine, the precious rain would never fall and the fruit would never grow... And we wouldnt be here to enjoy it either... And thats where Faith comes in, people... The definition of Faith is believing in something you cant see or touch... I cant physically see or touch the hand of God or at least not yet... But to truly know Hes here and real as can be, all I have to do watch my garden grow, flourish, peak, and then start shriveling up to fade away... Such is everybody & every living thing in this big ol goofy world... We are born, we grow and hopefully flourish & peak; and then we begin to prepare for the end of the season of life on Earth as we know it... So you young people out there at the age to where youre starting to bloom into a young lady or a young gentleman, listen up... You are here because The Good Lord has A Greater Purpose for you than just coastin through life livin it up and thinkin about nobody else but yourself... God didnt put you here for that... Just like the plants in my garden, He planted you here to be carefully nurtured with His Word so that you will hopefully bloom into who He means for you to be so that you can peak in your Faith and your Daily Walk with Him... And if you do this, without a doubt you too will flourish by spreading The Good News to others in hope of them coming to know Jesus as their Lord & Savior... And I dont know about you but Ive never seen a fish or monkey that was smart enough to do all that... So yes, without a doubt, there is a God... Im living proof of it; and so are you... Amen?... Amen indeed... Have a safe and blessed weekend, yall... I got a few cantaloupes to deliver... Later taters... lol... And class dismissed...
