Well I had a very nice first day home from the hospital. Did a little shopping and got me a new pair of jammies. Was very embarrased by what I wore in my 4 day stay and not taking any more chances. Even the gift shop didnt have anything, and at that point a hundred dollars did not seem unreasonable for me to pay if they had them. I didnt feel to bad today but now my blood sugar has shot up to almost 400. Very scary as I do not want another hospital stay! All of the nurses and techs were very nice. Since I have a tendency to roam around in the night they turned the bed alarm on and literally almost tied me to the bed. When I sat up and tried to move around the alarm went off and they always had this big black guy come in and tell me in Darth Vader voice that I was to lay back down NOW. By the third night I was not afraid and told him I didnt want to. Thats when they wrapped the phone cords and any other cord they could find and secured the bed rails. Really pissed me off I guess, lol. And the no smoking thing worked out pretty good too. Well off of here for now. Hope everyone has a wonderful safe weekend.
