Well I have a little news...this past weekend I waved my second daughter (of my Triplets) Sarah Brouqua off to join her sister Jenna Brouqua on their new journey to live in LA due to job promotions, I will miss them both so much but gave them wings to fly and so very proud of their journey. Last year I had the chance to book a Yoga Retreat to Bali that would have been this past March and my husband Marc was so supportive in trying to get me to go have this fun 12 day experience but something just didnt feel right at the time so I didnt and wasnt till later I realized why as he passed away 3 weeks before the date I would have left on this trip...always listen to that little bit of intuition!!! Its almost been 9 months now since he crossed over and this trip has come up again for next March and I have been feeling like he is sending me messages that I need to do this for me so I have been thinking about it for about 6 months and finally decided Im Going To Bali...no turning back its all booked including my long flight with a layover in Shanghai....So now I have something to strive for and a reason to get back to the Y and on that treadmill for this amazing Yoga retreat with my local yoga instructor and small group...Im so excited but scared too...so Im hoping to keep all my friends and family updated on my journey to get in shape and will keep you posted how that journey unfolds...no turning back now..I did it and cant wait!
