Well I have survived my 2nd Regional Sales Rally! ( Short Pump-Richmond) Theme was YOUVE GOT THE POWER!...it was pretty darned cool! District Managers dressed as SUPER HEROS?? Yea, that was pretty funny! 2 days of enthusiasm and passion, for our products, our staff, our company! WE ( the BURG) won the highest ADS award! I came home with 4 FREE large jar candles and boocoos of goodies to share with my staff! apparently I have a slightly different style than the majority of store managers but I do have a similar style as our new Regional Manager. HE is MY SUPER HERO! His comment FOLKS its simple! FOCUS ALL YOUR ENERGY ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!...AND HAVE FUN!!! Whoop Whoop! YCC corporate people are hilarious and soooo fun! Serious but FUN! Our new corp visual manager used to work for MGM, and she is just WOW! Sooooooooooo all this to say! Got wined and dined on the company dollar, and came home with new friends from all districts, loaded up with enthusiasm and passion! WEVE GOT THE POWER!!! Lets rock, BURG! :) :)
