Well I tried to update the photos and fb deleted the whole post. So starting again. Have decided to go with this layout I found on a google search then modified in SCARM. I made it a 8x3x6 L I am going to use Atlas c80 flex track. might see what difference is using c55. This layout is about half the price of my original idea of a 12x4 and since this is my first layout I think this is a better idea. I like the look and feel of it. It utilizes the area nicely and I can run 3-4 trains on it. Left end is industry. corner middle is a town and bottom loop around mountain will be a lumber yard in middle of mountain. I am thinking of a coal mine at the back end double track where I can load up a long coal train. I will make access points at ends of course for tunnel mgmt. Any thoughts or suggestions from the experts? I am going to make it DCC.
