Well, a week has gone by and my bucket list will soon be one shorter as I take a lifelong trip in the next week. This weekend I spent time with a good friend. I was able to let the wind blow through my hair and just be "free". No worrying about what the future holds. No worrying about when more tests will be done. No worrying about upcoming appointments. There is something so magical in watching the sunset every night. To see a big beautiful ball of light disappear on the horizon only to return the next morning. To see the beauty and wonder of what God has given us. There is a lot to see if we only take the time to see it. And to share those moments with the people we love and that love us is utterly priceless. I will take a sunset over the Hope Diamond any day! My support system is ever growing. My children remind me how much they love me and that they only want the best for me. That in itself makes me feel I have done at least 1 thing right in my life. And when you add the love of those that makes your soul feel complete, then I would have to count myself as the luckiest girl on earth!! I know my friends are here for me. I know my family will not leave my side. My tests will be scheduled when I return from my trip in just a few weeks. Then the process will begin yet again..........
