Well, boring days in the NICU are good. Were steadily going up on Quintons feeds. Hes at full feeds now and were fortifying his milk for extra calories. Those extra calories obviously mean extra weight gain as hes now up to 3 lbs 13 1/4 oz, just a few ounces off his birth weight. His IV has been out since yesterday morning, so all he has is the wires for his monitors and his feeding tube. I am headed back to work tomorrow so I can save my time off for when he comes home. It wont be easy being away, but the good thing is that I can be at the hospital from work in about 15 minutes. Please pray that everything continues to go smoothly and that my transition back to work goes well.
