Well done Sergeant Garret Wing of Miami Police department! Sergeant Wing pursued a call about a shooting, of which killed a teenage girl. While on the scene, he found a pup that had also been shot twice and very badly injured. Sergeant Wing gently placed a towel around the pup and took her to Knowles Animal Clinic, which is where their K-9 units go for their vet care. He opted not to just drop her at animal control, knowing theyd just put her to sleep. This hero is said to have stayed at the pups side during her recovery from her surgeries to repair her shattered legs. I dont know if it gets any better than this! This Sergeant has a huge heart! Thank you Sergeant Wing! Miami must be SO proud!
